Is there a wiring harness I can use for my 2018 dodge durango that does not have the factory tow package? Im specifically looking for a 7-way harness.

Installing this wiring harness on your '18 Durango will only require you plug it into connection points behind your taillights and run the body harness to your battery. I have added a link to the instruction manual for you to check out as well as a link to a video review of this harness.
To install the Tekonsha 7-Way Trailer Connector # TK22113 you will need a circuit tester such as # PTW2979 and I strongly recommend using Trim Pad Remover # ALL648544 to make the installation easier as well as Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755 to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector, increasing its durability and extending its lifespan.
