How to access the bulb to change it ,do I take the red lens cover off?

I spoke with my contact at Optronics and he said that the Trailer Tail Light # ST45RB is a sonically sealed complete unit and the bulb cannot actually be replaced by itself. If the bulb goes out a new # ST45RB will be needed to replace it.

Yes, we do carry a replacement light for your Cargo Carrier Light Kit #52014. You would want a Optronics Trailer Light #ST45RB. This is a direct replacement for the light you have and should work very well for you.
