Question:

Sometimes the suspension of the 2018 Ford F-150 sags when have the bed loaded or am towing a trailer. Should I get a Timbren for that?

Yes, for your 2018 Ford F-150 a Timbren like the part # TFR1504E (which is a custom fit for your truck), is exactly what you need. This will give you the rear suspension support you need to greatly reduce sag when you have your truck bed loaded or if you are towing a trailer. What's great too is that unlike air bag kits which do a similar thing you don't have to worry about maintaining air pressure in the bags, ever worrying about air leaks, plus you have an easier install.
