There are no aftermarket crossbars that will work on your 2018 Infiniti QX60 that already has a roof rack. The only way to add a roof rack is to have your entire factory roof rack assembly removed - the crossbars and rails - and convert your QX60's roof ro a naked roof.

Only if you did that would you be able to utilize a roof rack, and there is one with 54 inch crossbars that would fit a 2018 Infiniti QX60 with a naked roof; the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA137B-2.

To complete this rack you would also need the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA and Custom DK Fit Kit # DK339.
