  We talked with our contact at Thule this is what they told us about your Tucson with the glass roof: The trim pieces that surround the glass roof do not allow the pad to sit properly in the ditch. The trim pieces are also not a structural load bearing section of the roof and the pad would apply too much pressure on this area during installation and further so under load.
