Can this fits 16inch tire .

The Spare Tire Carrier for Roadmaster Tow Dollies # RM-2000-7 has a maximum wheel diameter of 14 inches max. For a 16 inch wheel the bolt pattern is different so it is a little more difficult to find the correct carrier. We do have the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FHDSTC0101 which will fit 6 bolt wheels. If the wheel is 8 bolt, then we have the Folding, Bumper Mounted Tire Carrier - U-Bolt Mount # TR-2.
If you want a hitch mount that still allows towing, then the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier w/ 2" Receiver Opening - 2" Hitches # RM-195225 is also an alternative option.
