I checked with the manufacturer and the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76046 is a fit for your 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus.
The Draw-Tite # 76046 is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver with a mostly hidden crosstube, as you can see in the accompanying photo, which a customer submitted after installing this hitch on their 2018 Pacifica. I have attached a link to a video review of this hitch being installed on an '18 Pacifica for you to check out as well.
For wiring which will give you a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights you need Wiring Harness # 118712.
