I checked with the manufacturer and the Curt Trailer Hitch # C65CR is a fit for your 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus (non-hybrid).
The Curt # C65CR is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver with a mostly hidden cross tube to give you a nice clean look. I have attached a link to a video review of this hitch being installed on an '18 Pacifica for you to check out as well.
For wiring which will give you a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights you need Wiring Harness # 118712.
