Thanks for the photo! Using the VIN I was able to gather the necessary information needed to help you find the correct idler hubs. For this, I recommend the CE Smith Trailer Hub Assembly part # CE13311. This hub uses a L44649 inner/outer bearing, 12192TB grease seal, and has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. This will be a direct replacement for the idler hubs you have on your trailer now and even comes pre-greased.
