Question:
Hi! I have a trailer leaf spring question. What is any difference between these 1.75 slipper springs: 1 e69SR 2 SP-179275 Any sense on which would be better on a saltwater trailer? Thanks!

Hi Ross; the # SP-179275 and # e69SR are identical. The only real difference between the two slipper springs is going to be the cost. Since there will be no difference in performance in salt water I would say get whichever one is cheaper.

Hello Robin, Thank you for the reply, that all makes sense. How do people keep marine springs from rusting? Seems inevitable but I'm sure there's some methods to protect? Another question - on A Frame Jacks: Does Etrailer sell parts for Bulldog BD155033? I have an old one, and the long Acme thread and retaining nut are stripped. My alternative is to replace with an Etrailer TJA-2001-B. Is there any chance there is a parts diagram for this - as I could maybe use it and replace the old one entirely, or use it for parts. Never easy dealing with old stuff that worked well until... Thanks! Cheers Ross
