Hello. I am wanting to transport my 2 bikes with my 2019 Ford Fusion that has the spoiler. Is there a trunk option or do I need a hitch?

To safely transport your 2 bikes with your 2019 Ford Fusion your best option will be with a trailer hitch and hitch-mounted bike rack. Because of the spoiler you mentioned and overall rear design of the 2019 Ford Fusion, there isn't a standard trunk-mounted rack available that is confirmed to fit.

Starting with the trailer hitch I recommend the Curt Class II Hitch # C12091 if you don't have the Sport model or the Curt Class II # C12164 if you do have the Sport. Both hitches will use existing holes in the vehicle's frame for a no-drill installation and feature a more hidden design than the other available option from Draw-Tite (part # 24897).

Then with the hitch installed it is just a matter of selecting a compatible carrier for your 2 bikes. I really like the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Platform Rack # KU74FR. This is an excellent platform-style carrier that uses ratcheting hooks to hold the bikes by their front wheels without any frame contact. It features an easy-to-use foot pedal that lets you tilt the rack away from the vehicle (with the bikes still loaded) for easy rear cargo access. It can handle 2 bikes of up to 40 pounds each.
