I have a 2015 2014 delivery Crossroads Redwood Fifth Wheel. My Maxx Air S/N 2013-11-4700k-A1037 will not open or close and is stuck at approx. 75 open. Id like to order the replacement Lift Motor and the Operator Mech but they dont cover the 4700K. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Carolyn, for your MaxxFan 4700K you can use the Replacement Lift Motor for Maxx Fan Plus Roof Vent # MA10-20270 for a replacement lift motor, and the Replacement Operator Mechanism for MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus or MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vents # MA10-20281K-1AF for the lift motor.
