First you have to get the lower screw out of the head of the system. Since the screws don't have a slot or Philips head on them you'll have to pry them out some have to use a chisel. Once they are out you'll slide the clip down so that it will pass through the hole in it. You'll then have to pry out the top pin as well. To install new one you'd reverse the process.
