I will be towing a fifth wheel trailer with my 2019 Ram 2500 and want to know what the best air bag system and compressor kit would be for me.

The Firestone air bag kits are the best around and would be what I would recommend for your 2019 Ram 2500 that will be towing a fifth wheel. They are the most reliable and longest lasting. So for your truck you'd want the part # F2598 which is a confirmed fit and will work well. It's compatible with fifth wheel rail kits like what you have as well. For a compressor kit the best option is the Firestone Air Command I part # F2097. This compressor will allow you to control the amount of air pressure you want in your truck while inside it. It has a heavy duty compressor too which means it will inflate the bags much quicker. If instead you wanted something with an air tank that you could use to inflate vehicle tires we have the part # F2168. The air tank of this also allows the bags to inflate quicker as well.

Yep! For your 2019 Ram 2500 the Firestone # F2598 mentioned above will work perfectly. The brackets are compatible with the gooseneck hitch hardware already installed on your truck.
