The hitch was a little difficult to mount due to tolerance issues and needed a little grinding to make it work. Once assembled the hitch works well.

Had to modify just a little and purchase hardware to bolt in place. Other than that, it's working well.
Great trailer, fit perfect for my vehicle. Great video instructions on etrailer website. Really easy to install if you are slightly mechanically inclined. You definitely need a second person to help you raise the hitch up hold it get it in the position and get the bolts in.
Great product that was delivered in a timely matter and very simple to install at home 15 minutes tops . The torque spec for the bolts is 86ft lbs

Great product. I actually bought 2 different trailer hitches, one for 2022 Nissan Rouge Sport and 2013 Hyndai Veloster turbo. Both were super easy to install. I'm pulling 16 foot gobie cat catamaran and ne er had amy problems
Works well for what I use it for. Use a carrier for a mobility scooter. Also pull trash to road with it. Haven't had an actual trailer hooked to it at this time.
My husband installed the hitch in about 2 hrs. No problems. It is working great. My hubby is 74.
Fit great for a one page instructions were good and clear. Easy to put on and very stout. Already used once - great!

Glad to hear it was an easy install Garry! What did you do that first use? Tow a trailer, bike carrier, etc??
I made a mistake on the reciever numbers and this one so fast getting out to me that I missed the pickup time. This company is fast and the parts are great.
They sent me a return label and I was able to send it back for free. This is a great company to order from.
Got the hitch 3 days early and it was super easy to install on my girlfriends 2019 nissan rogue sport for our bike rack

Its still an awesome product that we use all the time, weve had no issues it works perfectly as it should,we dont tow trailers only for our bike rack
Fit perfectly and was quickly installed by my mechanic.
My only complaint is that neither the hitch nor receiver came with the pin and the purchase of the pin was not suggested at time of sale. No big deal
I understand you have to engineer your products based on how the auto manufacturers engineer their cars, but this setup needs room for improvement.
On the driver side, I had to lower the exhaust to use a grinder with a metal wheel to cut a 1 1/2” square opening in the frame rail to facilitate guiding the rectangular washer and bolt into the rail. Unfortunately, only one of the washers jammed against the inside of the rail to allow the bolt to tighten. The other one tightened slightly, then spun. The “jam” washers should have been made longer to grab the sides of the rail tighter.
On the passenger side, I had to cut the end off of a bolt that stuck through the bumper bracket into the work area, to get the hitch past the exhaust hanger bracket.
I possess higher than average mechanical ability, but this installation really tried my patience.
