I have tried to contact and have left many messages for EZ Loader to get the information on your bearings and seals. Unfortunately they haven't returned any call or email, so the best way to help you is to have you pull one of the hubs off your trailer and give me the number on the face of the inner and outer bearing as well as the seal.
If you are unable to decipher the printed numbers, then you will need to measure the spindle with a digital caliper like # PTW80157 in the bearing and seal locations. I've attached a photo to assist with the locations to be measured. Once I have either those imprinted numbers or measurements I can help you get the replacement parts you need.
