Yes, the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # 8-213-51UC1-EZ will work as a direct replacement for your Tie Down Engineering 81091 hub.
Based on my research your 81091 hub is rated to be used on 6,000 lb axles, has a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern, uses Inner Bearing # 25580, Outer Bearing # 15123 and Grease Seal # GS-2250DL. This is also what the galvanized Dexter Hub # 8-213-51UC1-EZ uses so it will work as a replacement.
