The Roadmaster Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1 would be a great dolly to use to tow your 2018 Toyota RAV4. Your wheel size would not be an issue either. This comes with wheel nets that will fit well and brakes so you'd be set.
The Roadmaster Tow Dolly # RM-2050-1 does not come equipped with a breakaway system but you can certainly add one. I recommend the Hopkins # HM20001, because of how easily it installs. They aren't a requirement but it would be a great idea.

I need to tow a RAV4 AWD which means I have to have all four wheels off the ground. This will be towed behind a 24ft RV, Mercedes diesel engine. Recommendations?
