Question:
Brake and turn signal lights not working on tow car behind Motorhome - Should I first check the fuses on the Tow Car or the Motorhome?

Helpful Expert Reply:
If your brake and turn signal lights are not working on your tow car, then start by checking the fuses in your RV to see if everything checks out.
You will also want to check your connectors to see if there is any type of corrosion which may be hampering the signals. I also highly recommend using a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 so you can find out if the signals are making it out of your motorhome's connector and to your tow vehicle. This will at the very least tell you if the issue is on the motorhome side of things or your towed vehicle.
