Troubleshooting Everchill Refrigerator Where Freezer Works but Refrigerator Doesn't Cool

Question:

I have an Everchil refrigerator. The freezer is working but refrigerator in not cooling. Somebody told me it is a sensor. Do you have a parts breakdown. So I can get a sensor.

Unfortunately we do not have a parts breakdown for your Everchill refrigerator # 324-000119. I did some research for you and it does sound like you have a thermistor that is defective. That is normally the issue when the freezer is cold but the refrigerator is warm. For help with replacement parts you want to contact the manufacturer.
