The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT38MR which is a fit for your 2015 Dodge Durango is designed to work with a factory full size spare tire that has a steel wheel which I have attached a photo of for you. If you have a steel wheel then yes the hitch will fit but if you have an alloy wheel like what is on the vehicle then the hitch will not fit.
If you can send me a photo of your spare tire I would be happy to confirm this for you.
