I am looking for a hidden trailer hitch receiver and a trailer connector for my 2021 Dodge Durango. Can you help me out?

Absolutely!

For your 2021 Dodge Durango we have the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # DT38MR which installs in a manner making it able to be completely invisible by reinstalling the small cover on the center of your bumper.

This hitch has a massive 900lb tongue weight rating and 7500lb trailer weight rating making it perfect for towing a good size trailer, or for carrying a bike rack or cargo carrier if you need to in the future. You will still need to confirm the towing capacity of your vehicle by checking its owner's manual and use the lower rating between the vehicle and hitch.

Moving on to a vehicle wiring harness I recommend going with the Tekonsha # 118617 as we have found their harness to be the most reliable and hold up the best over time which has made them a favorite amongst our installers.

To complete your towing setup you will also need a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.

Do you guys sell a combo 7 pin wiring harness as well as the 4 flat & do i have to cut the bumper to fit the chains or is there a setup that I wouldn't have to cut anything?

@Richard Without the factory tow package you'd need a 4-way kit and then to convert to a 4 and 7-way you'd need the part # 37185. On a vehicle like this there's pretty much no way to get away from some lower bumper fascia trimming.
