On a 12 inch wheel that uses 1/2 inch lug nuts you will need to torque the lug nuts to 75 to 85 foot pounds each. This is the same for steel or aluminum wheels. If the wheel secures to the hub using bolts instead of lug nuts then it would be the same. If you need a torque wrench you can use # ALL944001.
