if the start up amps were 45 what will the starting amps be by using the start capacitor acmsckit?

The Advent Air Conditioner part # ACM135 has a running amperage draw of 15 amps and a starting amperage draw of 45. If you were to use the Start Capacitor for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners # ACMSCKIT too then the start amperage draw would drop down to 15 amps.
