The Advent Air Rooftop RV Air Conditioner # ACM135 has a wattage rating of 1,450 watts so that would seem to be enough but you really need to look at the amps as well to make sure that your Honda generator can handle the draw.
This unit has a 15 amp rating for when it is running but for startup the amp rating is 45 amps. I do recommend installing the Start Capacitor # ACMSCKIT as well. This stores energy to help with the startup draw and is typically helpful for when you are at a campsite that can't support the 45 amp startup draw.
A review video for the capacitor has been linked for you to check out.
