Lock Recommendation for Fifth Wheel Hitch to Truck Bed Rails

Question:
would they be strong enough to use to hold a 20,000 lb. fifth wheel hitch to the bed rails. Stainless is usually softer than regular steel.

We actually have a lock that's specifically designed for locking a fifth wheel hitch to the bed rails. For that you'd want the Tow Ready Base Rail Lock part # TR63254.
