The closest trailer axle we have to the measurements you provided is the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles part # 7359765. This axle has a 3,500 lb capacity with a 95" hub face to hub face and 80" spring center to spring center measurement. In order to make this axle work for you, you would need to cut off the spring seats and move them closer together to fit your 77-1/2" spring center to spring center measurement which is easily doable.
If you do not want to cut and weld the spring seats the only other option we have is the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System part # ASR3500S05 which uses an aeon spring to absorb road shock and support the trailer's load. This option will actually be an upgrade to a traditional spring axle like the one listed above.
In order to add brakes to either axle you can going to want to use part # 23-468-469 for the backing plate and part # 84546UC3-EZ for the hub/drum. I have attached install videos for you as well.
