How to Pick Out Bearing for 10,000 lb Dexter Axle

Question:

I have a customer with a Dexter general 10,000 lb axle that also has 92\66 painted on it. I have the outer bearing setup 25580\25520. The inner bearing IS NOT a 382A\387A. The id is too big. The id on his old bearing is just slightly over 2. Cant see a number on the bearing and can barely make out 28521 on the race. Also, cant find the seal. It is some kind of an anti-rotational seal made up of two parts with the numbers S-12219 on one piece and S-12220 on the other. Both parts make up one unit. Can you help me with the inner bearing, race, and seal?

We have the bearing part # 387A which is over 2 inches in inner diameter and is seen on 10,000 lb axles but I'd have to know exactly what your spindle dimensions are to know for sure what you'd need. If you can use a digital caliper like the # PTW80157 to get me the exact dimension of the spindle where the bearings and seal ride I'll be able to let you know which parts you need.

A very common bearing combo for Dexter 10k axles is # 387A and # 25580. Races needed are # 382A and # 25520. And then for a seal part # 10-51.
