Is the Box watertight?

The Replacement Box with LED Lid for Engager Breakaway Kit # HM20121 is not water tight. It is designed so that rain water will not impact function, but it should not be submerged. Battery boxes cannot be water tight as batteries need to breathe in order to safely function.
