I need a gooseneck hitch for my 2000 f350 cab chassis with a 34inch wide frame.

There is not a custom fit gooseneck hitch and underbed rails for your 2000 Ford F-350 Cab and Chassis. Your best option is to use the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks - 30,000 lbs # BWGNRK1500 which will require custom welding for installation.
Another option is to use the Buyers Products 2-5/16" Fabricators Flatbed Gooseneck Hitch # 3375613500. I've attached a video of each to assist.
