I do have options for you but the only gooseneck trailer hitches we have available for a 2001 Ford F-550 Cab and Chassis require fabrication. The reason for this is because cab and chassis models don't come with a bed from the factory so aftermarket gooseneck hitch manufacturers don't have anything to base the hitch on except for the chassis.
I recommend the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1500 which has a storable design for the hitch ball when not in use and it can be easily converted into a fifth wheel hitch using the B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # BWRVK3050. It will require extra bracing and brackets for installation hence that fabrication will be needed.
