What is the diameter of the mounting hole and the spacing of the mounting holes? Thank you!

The mounting holes are 2 inches on center for the clevis and 3 inches on center for the mount. The clevis and side of the bracket has holes that are 0.64 inch. The top and bottom holes of the mounting bracket are 0.48 inches and the center hole is 0.33 inches.
