I have a solution for you, however, unfortunately, the Titan 3-Position Adjustable Channel Bracket, # T0897800, is a bolt on application.
If you are needing a weld-on bracket, the Demco 4-Hole Adjustable Channel Bracket, # DM66736, is what I recommend.
