Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Titan 2-tang clevis adjustable channel mount. This unit features a weight capacity of 20,000 pounds. The 2-tang clevis is designed to couple with a lunette ring. Your clevis pin is sold separately. The platform with the hole can be used as a ball mount for standard towing. The adjustable channel mount design really lets you change the height of the clevis depending on your application, so this piece right here would actually fit into a channel mount.

It needs to have an inner width of 3 inches, and then you could slide this up and down to adjust the positioning to fit your application. Channel bracket mounting hardware are sold separately. We do have them here at etrailer.com if you're in need. This one does require 3 mounting holes and 3 mounting bolts to get it fully installed. The unit is made from a sturdy steel construction with the raw finish. It is designed for 3 inch wide channel brackets.

We can tell that by taking a width measurement of this back edge, should be just under 3 inches, so you can see there just measures under that 3 inch mark. The mount holes on the unit, these are separated on center by 2 inches apart. The clevis pin hole diameter, that's this hole right here, that's going to give us a diameter of 1 inch. The tang separation is going to measure 2 1/2 inches, and then from top edge to edge, that's going to give us a measurement of .. Looks to measure pretty close to 4 1/4 inches.

If we take a measurement from the back of this area right here to the closest edge of the pin holes for the clevis, that's going to give us a measurement of about 1 3/4 of an inch. That's going to do it for today's look at the Titan 2-tang clevis.
