Question:
Hello, I have an original Prodigy I took off my 2004 F-150 and wondered if I could install on my 2011 Chevy Silverado. I do have the factory tow package.

Sure, you can move your original Prodigy brake controller from the 2004 Ford F-150 to the 2011 Chevrolet Silverado with factory tow package, with no problems.
If you installed your Prodigy brake controller with a brake controller wiring harness, # 3035-P, on the Ford truck, you will need to either replace the harness with a new pigtail wiring harness, # 7894, or cut the Ford connector off of the harness and splice the wires to the brake controller wiring under the dash of your 2011 Chevrolet.
We have an article, see link, that details installation of a brake controller on GM trucks that will be very helpful. I have also provided a link to the instructions for the prodigy brake controller, just in case you need those to help with initial setup on the Chevy. We also have a video installation of the Prodigy P2 on the 2011 Chevrolet Silverado that should be helpful.
You may also need the nuts to connect the power wires under the hood. If so they are the M8 flange nut, # 185917, and M6 Flange nut, # 185916.
