The best trailer hitch receiver we have for your 2018 Honda Fit is the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 24920 which is a direct fit and installs using pre drilled holes in the frame rail. This option will also not require the use of an additional support strap part # 18050 like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11406 will.
I have attached an install video of this trailer hitch for you. As you can see, the install process is very easy taking most on average only 30 minutes. Please keep in mind that this hitch is a Class I which means it can only be used with Class I approved bike racks and cargo carriers.
