Question:

Its say the It can handle up to 200lb tongue, my questions is I can pull small ultility trailer like 6 x5 some like that means small trailer ??? And it should be safe ?

I checked the online owner's manual for your 2015 Honda Fit and it did state that this vehicle is not designed to tow a trailer. It did not list any weight capacities or limits for the vehicle when it comes to trailer towing. I recommend checking your copy of the manual, as it's possible that you have a different model with alternative restrictions or guidelines.

If you do decide to tow a small trailer, you will want the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 24920. This is a Class I hitch that will provide a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. The hitch itself has a towing capacity of 2,000 pounds and tongue weight capacity of 200 pounds, although you will be limited to the capacities of your Honda Fit.
