The Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13703 referenced in your question is a universal type hitch that is designed specifically for RVs and trailers like yours. It will fit frame widths of 22 to 72 inches and work on box, C-channel, and I-beam frames. As long as this is what you have on your 2011 Lance Travel Trailer this will work great.

It will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening and a tongue weight capacity of 350 pounds. I also recommend verifying the tongue weight capacity of your trailer by contacting Lance directly with your VIN. I have attached an installation video that you can also use for reference.

Please note that Curt does require the use of a stabilizing strap # 18050 with any non-trailer load like a bike rack or cargo carrier.
