Programming Furrion Universal Remote

Question:

Just purchased a Furrion universal remote. I assumed it would just turn on the TV. It does not. Are there special instructions to program?? Thank you.

Received a new remote (furrow unimote1) from forest river. How do I connect and link up this new remote with my TV and DV 3100?

The Furrion remote actually shouldn't require any pairing at all. Once the batteries are loaded it should begin working immediately with your stereo.

I reached out to Furrion to see if there were any general tips they had for connecting the remote since there is no pairing process. For the Unismart Remote # FR34FR, the remote is designed to work with TVs made 2017 or newer. Another thing to keep in mind is to make sure to use the buttons at the top of the remote to select TV or Stereo so the remote know which one you're wanting to control. The last tip is just to double check and make sure both products are Furrion. Sometimes products from different manufacturers are used in an RV, so the TV may be from Furrion but the stereo may be another brand.
