Does Draw Tite Hitch for 2018 Lexus GX 460 Touch Lower Fascia When Installed

hello The hitch seems to touch the bottom of the facia on the bumper. Is this to be expected?

The Draw Tite hitch part # 75685 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Lexus GX 460. It does come pretty close to the lower fascia on the rear of the vehicle so it touching it would not be too unusual. I attached a picture that shows it installed for you to check out as well.
