The torque specs for the bolts that are included with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13105 which is a fit for your 2006 Toyota Sienna can be seen on page 1 in the instruction manual which I have attached for you. In order to prevent cross threading the weld nuts that are in the frame of your Sienna I highly recommend using a nylon brush part # 814092 before threading the new bolts in.
