Rear Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2019 Toyota Sienna

Question:
I have a 2019 Toyota Sienna XLE and they have a family member in a wheelchair. When the wheelchair is loaded into the van, of course while driving every bump on the road is felt and the van tends to make a thud sound in the back. Would the T58GR help with this situation?
