How do you weld this to the an I-beam trailer frame?

You'd need to box the I-beam frame where you plan to install the Ultra-Fab 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # UF35-946403 and then you can weld it in place. You'd need to weld around the L-bracket basically of the hitch to the frame. See picture.
