It's hard to tell from the pictures what size fittings are being used but what you need is a trunk hose from your regulator to the trailer. Once you know the size of each fitting it shouldn't be difficult to find a hose.
It looks to me likes it's probably a 3/8 inch for both of them which means you can use part # 100040-48-MBS for a 4 foot, part # 100040-72-MBS for a 6 foot, or part # 100040-144-MBS for a 12 foot.
If it turns out the female end (regulator side) is 1/2 inch and the male end (trailer side) is 3/8 inch then we have part # 100383-36-MBS for a 3 foot hose or part # 100383-48-MBS for a 4 foot.
Finally, it could be 1/4 inch on each side but I really don't think so. If it is we have part # CAM59883 which is 5 feet long.
As for getting the male end of the hose disconnected from the trailer, it looks like there's red Loctite on the threads. That means it needs heat (and a lot of it) to release it with hand tools. A spray lubricant may make it easier, but you still likely need to put heat on it. That's going to be tricky with it being a gas line. Obviously, you want to disconnect as much as you can before applying any heat. If the tank is the only end, you can get loose, then open every appliance in the trailer and let it sit for some time, so the gas dissipates for sure. I don't know how long that'll be and it's kind of a scary situation. That may even be job for a professional shop.
