Yes! Curt trailer hitch # C13171 is indeed listed as a fit for your 2010 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
This hitch is a great option for a bike rack. The 2 inch receiver will afford you many options if you do not already have a bike rack. If you need a bike rack recommendation just let me know how many bikes you will need to carry.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56406 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
