Yes, the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16180 will sit in the center of the rails. If you take a look at the diagram I've added you can see where you would need to install the Curt Brackets and Base Rails # C16448-204 on your 2008 Ford F-250 or F-350 and where the center line of the hitch is in relation to the brackets.
