Storage Cover for 2018 Lance Model 1995 Travel Trailer

Question:
I am looking for a cover for a 2018 1995 Lance. Should I include in the measurements the ladder that is attached to the rear of the trailer to the front of the trailer? Should I also include the fiberglass Tri holder of propane tanks just in front of the trailer before the hitch. I believe that according to the mfg I should only include the living quarters of the trailer and not the whole length of the trailer including hitch. Is this correct?
