Replacement Threaded Hitch Bolt for a Thule DoubleTrack Bike Rack

Question:

Firstly, you all are my go to for my bicycle rack and other rack parts. Thanks for making finding the right stuff so easy. I am stumped this time. I have a Thule 990xt that I am using on a Prius with a 1 and 1/4inch receiver hitch. I must have screwed the hitch lock pin or bolt in incorrectly and stripped the Thule receiver bolt along with the two nuts that are nested inside a plastic where the hitch attaches to the car. In short, I think I need a new hitch lock pin receiver bolt AND two new nuts to go inside the plastic which nests inside the rack where it attaches to the car. Recommendations?

The threaded hitch bolt you will need for your Thule DoubleTrack TH990XT is # TH62RE.

The nuts inside the shank though are not available. Nor is the shank itself. But you could either use the new bolt or a tap and die set to cut new threads in the nuts.
