The Replacement Fairing Panel Fasteners for Thule Fairings # 852-867-3001 are what I believe you are looking for on your fairing. These are the plugs that actually fit into the holes on your fairing to secure to the mounting brackets.

The Thule Replacement Fairing Fastener # 852-867-3001 includes just 1 fastener.
