For your 5 foot 5 inch bed on your 2014 Toyota Tundra, the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # DM8550040 is an excellent option. It will allow 22-1/2 inches of travel to give you the turning clearance you need to keep your trailer and CrewMax cab from impact. For your base rail kit, the Demco # DM8552020-71 is a good choice and will work well with your hitch.
You are correct that there are not any air bag kits from any of our manufacturers that will work with your truck when there is a 5th wheel or gooseneck hitch. Instead, I recommend using the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-610-47 which will use microcellular urethane to help support the weight and absorb shock. These require no maintenance and are compatible with your in bed hitch.
Finally, I also recommend the Bargman wiring harness # 50-97-410 to add a second 7-way to the bed of your truck for a clean look and easy connection.
