Wiring Diagram for 7-Way Wiring Harness C56070 to Install in Truck

Question:

Part #C50670...Is the wiring diagram for this product inaccurate? It is a 7 blade harness for the bed of a 2017 Chevy 3500hd diesel. According to standard 7 blade wiring diagrams, the green and brown wires seem to be switched, and I cant get running lights on my camper to work, nor can I get them to work on my 4 blade boat trailer now, after installing this harness into my main receptacle on the truck.

For your 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500 the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Hitch Wiring harness part # C56070 would be the correct fit as your truck uses the standard 7-way round connector that this uses/needs. It is possible the wire colors you are working with aren't the same since they don't always match. Your best option is to wire by function using the attached picture as your guide if you made wiring changes.

Otherwise if a circuit stopped working after the install of this the problem is most likely that the adapter isn't totally seating into place.
